30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Contact support@sajecalm.shop with your order number, the items and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. A reason helps us assist you but is not required for a change-of-mind return. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, tell us what happened; photos may help but do not replace your legal rights.
Return shipping is covered
We pay the return shipping cost for both change-of-mind and faulty-item returns. We will provide a prepaid label or arrange a suitable prepaid return method. There is no restocking fee. Contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the correct return destination; our business contact address is not automatically the return warehouse.
Refunds and exchanges
We confirm receipt and the refund decision by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, without deducting our prepaid return-shipping cost. We process refunds promptly and within any applicable statutory deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit; contact us if it has not appeared so we can provide the refund reference. Exchanges depend on the requested item being available; if it is unavailable, you may choose a refund.
Cancellation and statutory remedies
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. If an order has already shipped, our return process remains available. Separate legal cancellation rights for incomplete disclosures, missing contract copies or late delivery may apply and are not restricted by the 30-day store window.
These store policies add to, and do not exclude or limit, any mandatory consumer rights, legal warranties, cancellation rights or remedies that apply in your province or territory. If applicable law requires a different or earlier refund, disclosure or remedy, that requirement takes priority. You may contact the consumer protection authority in your province or territory.
