Shipping throughout Canada
We offer free standard shipping to all Canadian provinces and territories, including Quebec. We currently ship within Canada only.
Timing
Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We email dispatch and tracking information when available. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier disruptions or severe weather; contact us if your parcel is delayed or missing. These estimates do not remove any statutory rights relating to late or undelivered orders.
Address and charges
Check your delivery address before confirming the order. Standard shipping is free; applicable taxes and the complete payable total are shown before payment. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address. If we cannot fulfil or deliver an order as agreed, we will contact you to resolve the issue, including cancellation and refund where required.
